- For the B.Ed. Programme, candidates need a minimum of 50% marks in their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Social Science, Humanities, or Commerce.
- Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, with a specialization in Science or Mathematics, must secure at least 55% marks. Equivalent qualifications are also accepted.
- For the Shiksha Shastri (B.Ed. in Sanskrit) course, candidates should have 50% marks in a Bachelor’s degree with Sanskrit as the main subject and a Master’s degree in Sanskrit or Acharya in traditional Sanskrit Shastra. Alternatively, those who have passed Shastri (B.A. including Sanskrit) with 50% marks and completed a 2-year Acharya (MA Sanskrit) course must also pass a Bridge Course.
