Eligibility Criteria for Railway RRB Technician 2025
- Technician Grade I (Signal): Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, IT, Instrumentation, or BE/B.Tech in relevant streams.
- Technician Grade III: For S&T Trade, candidates should have passed 12th with Physics and Math or 10th with ITI certificate from NCVT/SCVT.
- For other trades under Grade III, candidates should have passed 10th with ITI certificate from NCVT/SCVT in the relevant trade.
